Chief Executive Officer

Michael A. Stubblefield, an experienced university administrator, engineer, researcher, and entrepreneur, has provided technical and administrative oversight for various university, government, and company projects. He co-founded Core3 to develop a strong millennial workforce to drive matters that are of international importance, while promoting community and economic growth opportunities worldwide.

Michael has received over $30MM in contracts and grants from agencies such as the US Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, and Defense, as well as NASA and the National Science Foundation. These projects support workforce development, technology transfer, and small business and economic development.

An invited speaker at national and international conferences and symposiums, Michael has served on various boards and commissions that support economic and community development, as well as research, entrepreneurship, education and cyberinfrastructure. He received his doctoral degree in Engineering Science from Louisiana State University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and A&M College.

Tina is a seasoned global executive and entrepreneur recognized for her effectiveness, surpassing targets, pioneering start-ups, and leading and optimizing global business operations successfully for over 20 years. She is also the founder of Heritage Leadership Academy & Heritage STEM Camps Foundation organizations focused on building educational economic parity and inclusivity to the global workforce for women, with a concentration in Africa.

Tina holds a Global Executive MBA from HEC Paris Business School of Management, NYU Stern Business School, and London School of Economics, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, and a Certificate of Engineering from Oxford University.


Chief Labor & Employment Officer

Paul Besson has spent over 30 years providing expert advice and thought leadership in the areas of human resources, labor, employment law, and arbitration for start-ups companies to global multinational corporations.

Besson holds a Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from Cornell University, a Juris Doctorate at Northwestern University, a Master of Law from Georgetown University, and a doctorate at George Washington University. He is an Arbitrator and Mediator for the American Arbitration Association and the U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia and is a member of the National African Americans in Human Resources, and is admitted to the District of Columbia, New York and Illinois Bars.
